We are thrilled to announce the promotion of Cid Greene to Senior Vice President of Information Technology for Enrollments and External Platforms. In his 7 years with ManhattanLife, Cid has been an innovator and displayed the ability to meet business needs via a combination of technology and collaboration. Chief of Staff and Executive Vice President, Lee Ann Blakey, remarks, “I have had the pleasure of working with Cid over his career at ManhattanLife. He has done an outstanding job developing the current team and structure for handling enrollments. I look forward to seeing him grow in this new position and expanding uniformity across all external platforms.”

Cid was originally tasked with creating a more user-friendly, scalable, and engaging enrollment platform to expand our presence in the individual health market. Incredibly, Cid and his team were able to release our new enrollment platform (2.0) in 6 months. Cid and his team have also executed our strategy for groups to choose to enroll via our own proprietary platform or through various integrations with external vendors, bringing to life our “easy to do business with” vision. Cid’s new role oversees all external customer, agent, and partner-facing applications and platforms. With his guidance, we foresee providing a robust suite of self-service options online to our customers and partners.

Cid is excited to take on this new role and anticipates further contributions to ManhattanLife’s success. Few people know that Cid is from the sunny town of Madrid, Spain. In his free time, he enjoys coding, biking, running, and time spent with his two active children.
