These are its main features:

·                     It is a customizable plan that provides first-dollar benefits for hospitalization, outpatient treatment, and more.

·                     It has multiple base plan options available to coordinate with and complement the employer's medical plan.

·                     The base plan can include Inpatient Benefits only or a combination of Inpatient and Outpatient Benefits.

·                     Benefits are paid based on deductibles, co-pays, and co-insurance.

The Group GAP plan can be a safety net that helps reduce employer medical costs and employee out-of-pocket expenses.
