ManhattanLife is excited to announce the latest enhancements to our Fixed Hospital Indemnity Insurance - Affordable Choice!
We're increasing benefits across plan tiers for Inpatient Hospital Stay, Emergency Room visits, Doctor's Office visits, Urgent Care, and Air/Ground Ambulance.
Inpatient Hospital Stay:
Classic Plan Tier increase benefit from $1,500 per day to $2,000 per day.
Classic Plus Plan Tier increase benefit from $2,000 per day to $3,000 per day.
Elite Plan Tier increase benefit from $3,000 per day to $4,000 per day.
Elite Plus Plan Tier increase benefit from $5,000 per day to $6,000 per day.
Emergency Room Visits:
Doctor's Office Visit:
Classic Plan Tier increase benefit from $50 per day to $75 per day. Still get 6 visits per calendar year.
Classic Plus Plan Tier increase benefit from $75 per day to $125 per day. Still get 8 visits per calendar year.
Elite Plan Tier increase benefit from $75 per day to $175 per day. Still get 10 visits per calendar year.
Elite Plus Plan Tier increase benefit from $100 per day to $200 per day. Still get 10 visits per calendar year.
Urgent Care:
Air/Ground Ambulance:
All Plan Tiers increase previous benefits to $150 limit for air ambulance and $1,500 for ground ambulance and max 2 ambulances per calendar year.
These benefit enhancements are effective as of September 27th, 2021. Current policyholders will receive an endorsement for the benefit increases. Policies will NOT have a premium increase!
