Affordable Choice

We have added increased Outpatient Benefits to our Affordable Choice, which comes off the heels of increased doctor’s office visits that were added earlier this year. The first series of state approvals (11) were released September 9^th and next Monday, September 28^th, we will release an additional eight states (in bold below):

• Alabama, Arizona, Arkansas, Georgia, Illinois, Michigan, Mississippi, Montana, Nebraska, Nevada, North Carolina, Louisiana, Oklahoma, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, West, Virginia, Wisconsin and Wyoming.

Please note that the states above reflect only the approval of the expanded Outpatient Benefits. Our prior version of Affordable Choice remains available online in other states and upon approval those remaining states will be released soon thereafter.

Dental, Vision & Hearing

We also recently announced that our current Policy Year Maximums of $1,000 and $1,500 will now be complemented by a $3,000 Policy Year option.

DVH holds a large presence in our product portfolio and we will be releasing seven states to the previously launched 16 states (new states in bold below):

Alabama, Arizona, Arkansas, Delaware, Georgia, Idaho, Illinois, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Mississippi, Montana, Nebraska, North Dakota, Louisiana, North Dakota, Oklahoma, South Dakota, Texas, West Virginia and Wyoming.

Again, we will notify you as new states are approved and released.
