On February 10, 2012, the Manhattan Insurance Group companies will unveil our new online Agent Resource Center, designed to provide our agents with the leading-edge technology and tools you need to help effectively manage your business and service your clients.

Beginning February 10 you will be able to register to use the newly redesigned site, which includes the following enhancements:

  • Simplified navigation and intuitive search features.
  • Single login for all agent numbers.
  • Ability to manage your own profile to update password, address, etc.
  • Ability to add or remove assistant users with access to everything but commissions.
  • Improved agent hierarchy with contact information.
  • Improved search and sort capabilities of in-force policies.
  • Quick and advanced search of product forms and literature.
  • And much more!

We encourage you to register and begin using the new site as soon as possible. A link to the existing site will only remain operational 10 days.

In addition, further enhancements are coming in the very near future, which include:

  • Opt-in/opt-out of email alerts.
  • Site available in Spanish.
  • Mobile version for Smartphones.

Finally, so that we can continue to provide you with the latest in technological services, and because we value and encourage your opinion, an electronic feedback form has been conveniently located on the site.
