ManhattanLife is thrilled to announce that John McVey has been promoted to Vice President of Sales Training and Development. John previously held the role of Vice President of Corporate Communications at the company, working to increase our collateral production and amplify our brand presence. 
 
In his new VP position, John’s key responsibilities include developing a sales training strategy to support an evolving growth segment and further strengthening overall sales. He will also ensure cohesive and consistent training material for segments such as internal sales, agents, brokers, and enrollment firms. John stated about the position, “I am grateful for the opportunities I have been given at ManhattanLife, a company that bolsters personal and professional growth. I am excited about my new role in Sales Training and Development and helping to grow sales.” 
 
Based in sunny Florida, John has over 20 years of product and sales training experience. This enables him to favorably present and position ManhattanLife to continue advancing our multiple product portfolios. Recognizing John’s invaluable contribution Chief Marketing Officer, Todd Hayden, said, “Above all else, John brings passion to his role, and this new position is one in which he will thrive, and our organization will benefit. Our sales teams have grown at a rapid pace along with our product development so John will fill a critical need for our company.” As the insurance industry undergoes seismic shifts, John’s role takes effect at an ideal time.
