ManhattanLife is pleased to announce that the Western United Life Assurance Company name has changed to Western United Life Insurance Company. The reason for the change was due to the re-domestication of the Company from the state of Washington to the state of Texas. 

Beginning April 2025, the new name will appear on all digital platforms, systems, marketing collateral, and correspondence. Letters regarding the name change will be sent to all contract owners, along with an endorsement to keep with their annuity contracts. Western United Life Insurance Company is part of ManhattanLife’s family of Companies. 

This Company name and domicile change will not affect our servicing address, phone numbers, processing, etc. Additionally, this change will not impact the high-quality products and care you expect from our Annuity Operations office in Spokane, Washington. We appreciate our loyal clients and producers and will always strive to deliver the unparalleled service you deserve.
