With our original DVH, you’ll have bundled dental, vision & hearing coverage.

With DVH Select, you start with a base dental plan and choose whether you want to add vision and/or hearing coverage. This plan also offers day 1 coverage for preventative services, as well as an orthodontia benefit.

Final Expense Life Insurance

Helping to provide peace of mind for your loved ones.

Final Expense is a whole life policy that provides an immediate death benefit of $50,000. Your family can use the lump sum benefit for funeral expenses, mortgage payments, or for any other expenses they might need.

Final Expense Life Insurance is approved in 19 states under Standard Life and Casualty Insurance Company.
