• Flexibility - choose what portion of your funds will grow at a fixed rate and what portion will grow based on the S&P 500®
• More opportunity for growth than with a traditional fixed annuity
• Surrender charge waivers if annuitant is confined to a nursing home or diagnosed with a terminal illness
